As a Catholic therapist, I recognize that the path to self-knowledge, healing, and personal growth can sometimes seem difficult or out of our reach as it requieres patience, time, compassion, humility, openness of heart, decision, bravery, and a big desire to love. The truth is that we are not alone to walk on that path and find the peace we so much need.
Como psicoterapeuta Católica reconozco que el camino hacia el autoconocimiento, el crecimiento personal y la sanación puede en veces parecer difícil o lejano ya que requiere de paciencia, tiempo, compasión, humildad, apertura de corazón, decision, valentia y un gran deseo de amar. As women, we play several life roles in which we may feel fulfilled or see as areas of growth. Often these roles are opportunities to recognize our qualities and the inner strength we did not know we had.
At the same time, these roles confront us with fears, frustration, sadness, anxiety, and pain. With playing several roles, the life of a woman is full of transitions both expected and unexpected. In all of those life transitions, you woman deserve to be accompanied and not carry the burden alone.
Perhaps right now you are feeling stuck, unmotivated, or not knowing which path to take and that is why you are here. I thank you for considering making a change in your life; you choose which path to take.

Las mujeres comúnmente tenemos varios roles en la vida en los cuales nos sentimos realizadas o percibimos como areas para poder crecer. Con frecuencia estos nos sirven como oportunidades para reconocer nuestras cualidades y la fuerza que probablemente no sabíamos había en nuestro interior.
A la vez, el vivir esos roles suele enfrentarnos a miedos, frustración, tristeza, ansiedad y dolor. En sus varios roles, la vida de la mujer esta llena de transiciones, esperadas e inesperadas. En todas ellas usted mujer merece ser acompañada y no lidiar con sus problemas sola.
Probablemente en estos momentos usted se siente estancada, desmotívada o sin saber que dirección tomar y es por eso que ha llegado aquí. Le agradezco por considerar hacer un cambio en su vida, usted elige que camino tomar.

Marriage life also offers us opportunities for growth both personally and as a couple even in hardships.
It is a unique vocation full of moments of happiness, learning, giving, and frequent changes that requiere patience, flexibility, commitment, and more so the constant decision to love.
It is natural that more than once the spouses feel discouraged, disappointed, and even resentful in the relationship. These experiences are at the same time an invitation to get to know each other better and to strengthen the relationship; a relationship of two unique and different people called to fulfilled a mission and leave a legacy.

La vida matrimonial también nos ofrece oportunidades de crecimiento a nivel personal y conyugal incluso en momentos de dificultad.
Es una vocación única llena de momentos de alegría, aprendizaje, entrega y constantes cambios que requieren de paciencia, flexibilidad, compromiso y sobre todo la decisión constante de amar.
Es natural que mas de una vez los cónyuges se sientan desanimados, desilusionados e incluso resentidos en la relación. Esas experiencias son a la vez una invitación para conocerse mas y fortalecer la relación; una relación formada por dos personas diferentes y únicas llamadas a cumplir con una misión y a dejar un legado.
